Exchanges are subject to:

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including store credit or a refund where applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, clearance, promotional, or final sale reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange where clearly stated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
7. Refunds
